We should take good advantage of the dry fruits as well and make them a part of our diet plan for a healthy and fresh life. How much dry fruit to Eat:
Different types of dry fruits can be used in different quantities based on our age. A normal intake daily should be 5 to 8 pieces with no more.than 12 pieces depending on your needs. It is better to eat at least 3 different types of dry fruits with each 3 to 4 pieces daily. In this way you can complete your body's need from all different types of nutritions.
When to Eat:
Well, what is the best time to eat dry fruits? Experts think the best time to eat dry fruit is early morning during your breakfast which will give you energy to work all day round as well as fulfill your nutritional needs. I have seen few people eating dry fruits at night before bed but studies show that it is not a good time for any kind of diet to take. So avoid eating at night.
How to Eat:
Most people like to eat dry fruits cooked or processed but it is never recommended to eat dry fruits in processed or cooked form as all the nutritions are lost in doing so. It is rather recommended to always eat dry fruits in raw and unprocessed form.
