How To Create Arrows In Photoshop?
Step 1: Select the Line Tool.
Step 2: Click on the "Gear" Icon at the top right, and there you can select the Arrowheads at the Start of the Screen or at the End of the line.
You can also control the width, height, concavity etc.
Step 3: You can choose the gradient, fill arrowheads.
