Awstats ជា Software មួយដែលមានប្រយោជន៏សម្រាប់ អោយ Sysadmin ត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលចំនួនអ្នកចូលមើល website ឬ ផ្ញើ Email ចេញចូលនៅក្នុង Domain ឬ FTP Server
Awstats ប្រើប្រាស់ CGI Command line ដើម្បីបង្កើតជា Graphic ដោយពឹងផ្អែកលើ log file របស់ http, ftp, mail server ជាដើម។
ខាងក្រោមនេះជាការតម្លើង Awstats នៅក្នុង CentOS 7 ដោយដោនឡូតចេញពី EPEL Repo
yum install awstats
បន្ទាប់មក Configure Awstats ដើម្បីអោយ Access ចូលទៅមើល Status តាម Web Browser បាន។
បន្ទាប់មកទៀត Restart Service httpd
systemctl restart httpd
បន្ទាប់មក Copy default Configuration ទៅជា Configuration ថ្មី
cp /etc/awstats/awstats.localhost.localdomain.conf /etc/awstats/awstats.brembrey.com.conf
បន្ទាប់មកកែប្រែ File /etc/awstats/awstats.brembrey.com.conf
LogFile="/var/log/httpd/access_log"
SiteDomain="brembrey.com"
HostAliases=”brembrey.com www.brembrey.com server.brembrey.com”
បន្ទាប់មកទៀតដំណើរការ command ខាងក្រោមនេះដើម្បីអោយ perl វា update log file
perl /usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl -config=brembrey.com -update
ចុងក្រោយគួរតែដាក់ Script ខាងលើអោយវាដំណើរការដោយខ្លួនវា ជាមួយ crontab រៀងរាល់ ២ម៉ោងម្តង
ពេលតម្លើងចប់ Syadmin អាច login ទៅកាន់ browser បានតាមរយះតំណរ ឬ តាម IP Address របស់ Server
បើទោះជា Tool នេះមានប្រយោជន៍ក៏ពិតមែនប៉ុន្តែសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ Google Analytics ត្រូវបានពេញនិយមប្រើប្រាស់ជាង។
