Firstly, there's the repeal of net neutrality by FCC which allows ISPs to control which websites do their customers visit. Then, there's the GDPR, the world's strictest data protection law. Now, EU is back with a controversial law, the Article 13 copyright law. In this video I will explain what this is and how it will affect BOTH DTube content creators and curators.
