Here they are:
It's interesting how resilient Bitcoin and Ethereum have been.
Also note how fads come and go. Monero was a top ten coin in 2016, because it was a severe bear market back then, and the small band of crypto enthusiasts who still believed were libertarians convinced that people wanted privacy. In the real world, the only ones into privacy are the tiny number of people using the dark web.
Despite the demise of TerraLuna, people are still into stablecoins - Tether, USDC and Binance USD are in the top ten for 2022. I guess they appeal to people around the world who want dollars but can't open a dollar account at their bank. These people arn't really into crypto, but are into the idea of the US dollar as a single global currency. What happens if the dollar collapses and isn't the reserve currency anymore? They haven't really thought about it.
2023 will be interesting. Will real cryptocurrencies oust the stablecoins from the top ten? Or will even more stablecoins push their way into the top ten?
