I think the issue was that previous pumps were dictated by Upbit, but this pump was dictated by the new listing on BitPanda.

The BitPanda market-makers were determined to make the listing a success - Hive was their third most traded coin.

Anyway, now we all know that there is a lot of firepower on BitPanda. But no-one could have known this in advance!
