We try different types of leaf & vegetables
Each culture has its own special meal
This is a typical okra soup
And the ingredients include..
.palm oil,sliced okra, periwinkle, Cameroon pepper, fish, meat etc.
This soup gives refreshness to the body
It takes not more than an hour to b prepare and we use processed cassava to eat the soup.
