It was my first ride and now I want one! Thanks to Joel who was such a nice sport and without whom I would not have succeeded so quickly.

One of his best advice was to try to stick the wheel as hard as possible on my right calf, then use the unicycle as some sort of skateboard as can be seen at 1:57. Before trying to get your second foot on the unicycle, try to use it and your whole leg, to help you find your balance.

With these tips and by first learning to get on and get off the unicycle without trying anything else, I think riding it can be learned in 15-30 minutes. That's what it took me.

I didn't fully master how to ride it as I wasn't able to achieve full speed, quite far from it but it was still a very amazing feeling. It's quite addictive. I can hardly think of a more fun mode of transportation.
