as someone that does suffer from anxiety, stress and depression at times over the last years from a variety of reasons (some self inflicted) an application where you can just press one button and have the ability to 'reach out' to someone i can say that we need more ideas like this.
All you have to do is register and enter up to 5 trusted contacts. The notOK™ App takes care of the rest. We will notify your trusted contacts that they have been selected as your support group, so when the time comes and you need to reach out, you just have to open the app and press the large, red notOK™ button
sometimes when you are looping around and around it might be the only thing you know how to do is to load the app, press a button and reach out and ask some friends for help, even if it's just a change of scenary and to talk things out -- i'm certain that apps like this will save people misery.
