just a quick carrier waves vlog today to give you a bit of information for the upcoming mspwaves on thursday with @pennsif that you don't want to miss! -- if your a relevant newbie to the world of steem and the blockchain or have never tuned into and watched/listened to a show on mspwaves then this is for you! :)

this little video should help you, a little bit for the show, lots of great people turning up and i really hope that the next month of forums shows will help form some roadmaps and progress plans for people to check in as the community helps re-tool and migrate certain parts of the blockchain of potentially too much of the current dependancy on steemit inc.

my personal opinion right now. ..

@ned has stated that steemit inc DOES have plenty of fiat and i realise this recent cutback is a business decision in a very aggressive bear market. i think it's smart as a community to also consider the runway of the steem blockchain and the hosting requirements moving forward, if rocksdb DOES work (can we have a parallel offering A/B split testing kinda thing please?!) then that will bring the costs down considerably of hosting a witness and my hope is that more people will be able to host a witness to secure the chain -- right?

i do hope a number of witnesses do turn up and engage in productive conversation with the outcomes tendered by our own 'john peel' of the internet airwaves, mr @pennsif who does an excellent job with his calm manner! :)

i've been trying to get to 1000 subs on youtube for the last six months, i'm like a few hundred away from that and i already have enough minutes each month on my videos -- i've been sitting on £58 for the last YEAR and i need a few more pounds for a payout from google! hook a brother up, help me get my WHISKY and RUM fix for the christmas season! :)
