해당 게시자는 무슨 권한으로 사법당국이 아닌 자가 확정이란 단어를 사용하고
마녀 사냥하듯 단죄를 하는 것에 대해 분노를 금할 수 없습니다 익명성 뒤에 숨어서
악의적인 글을 올리다니요 용납할 수 없습니다..

‘1. 팀원 없는 홈페이지’이라고 하는데 홈페이지는 회사가 홍보를 위해 사용하는
공간일 뿐 법적으로 팀원 및 경력을 게재할 의무가 있는가?
그렇다면 홈페이지가 없는 수 많은 기업은 전부 사기기업인가?

‘2.홈페이지에 써놓은 기술 깃허브’에 대한 저희의 대응 글입니다.
“위즈블 코인은 기본 블럭체인의 기초를 비트코인 기반의 방식으로 사용하고 있습니다.
블록체인의 기본 구조는 모든 코인이 거의 동일 합니다, 하지만 블록의 생성 ,
위치 ,검증, 운영 하는 방식은 제작하는 개발사의 특성 및 개념에 의해 많이 달라집니다.
위즈블은 기존의 방식을 포함하고 향후 확장 배포 운영에 초첨을 맞추고 플랫폼 형식의
블럭체인을 사용하는데 모든 기술진이 전력을 다하고 있습니다. 소스 배포에 관한
사항으로는 개발사 마다 소스를 운영 배포 하는 방식이 상이 한데 기존의 배포 방식을
따르지 않는다 하여 맞지 않다는 의견에 동의 할 수 없습니다.

향후 업데이트 되는 상황과 양은 개발사의 운영 정책에 따를 것입니다.
새로운 개념과 이념에 대한 목적을 가지고 개발하다 보면 남들과 다른
이질적 모습에 질타를 받기도 하지만 저희가 가는 길은 끊어지지 않고
현 개발진의 지금과 같은 땀이 이어진다면 국내에서도 해외를 아우를 수 있는
기술이 탄생할 수 있다는 목표를 가지고 모든 임직원이 노력하고 있습니다. “
손쉽게 공개된 이더리움 기반의 블록체인 기술로 만들면 깃허브에 올려도
구분을 못하는데 뭐하러 어렵게 사기 기술을 깃허브에 올리는 정신나간
사람들이 어디 있습니까?
저희가 올린 소스는 아직 100% 오픈 할 시기가 아니기에 일부만 올린 거고
그 앞부분에 블록체인의 기본적인 정보만을 단순 비교하여 매도하는 것은
이해 할 수 없는 행태입니다.
원한다면 익명성 뒤에서 기술을 논할 것이 아니고 저희 개발 이사와 미팅을
주선하고 싶은 심정입니다.

판매방식은 해당 판매자 분의 세일즈 방법이 아닌가요? 그걸 어떻게 일일히
저희가 파악을 하고 대처를 합니까?
상식적으로 말이 된다고 생각하십니까?

위즈블코인을 기부하여 재단의 공공목적에 같이 한다는 내용인데…
그리고 저희가 파퀴아오를 만나서 코인을 기부하고
실물금화인 기념주화를 증정한 것도 불법입니까? 어이가 없군요
필리핀가서 파퀴아오 만나는게 얼마나 어려운 일인데…
필리핀의 영웅이고 현직 상원의원인데 파퀴아오 고문 변호사와 미리 미팅하고
그쪽에서 저희 회사 다 검증하고 그리고 순수한 의미에서 만난건 데 칭찬해
주지는 못할 망정..
상식적으로 마케팅에 사용할 생각이었으면 스포츠신문에라도 기사를 송출하지
이런식으로 마케팅을 하겠습니까?
이 부분 외교적으로 문제가 될 수 있는 심각한 부분입니다.
파퀴아오 변호사와 아직 상의는 안했지만 계속 이 게시물이 검색된다면
대응을 할 계획입니다.

‘8.회사설립일, 직원채용’ 어이가 없군요! 이게 상식적인 내용이라고 생각하십니까?
직원채용의 자유와 법인설립의 자유가 있는 나라에서 정말 이런 글들 때문에
한국을 떠나고 싶군요

대한민국에서 직원을 고용하면 전부 사기기업입니까?
그러면 삼성도 현대도 대한민국정부도 사기를 치기 위해 직원을 채용하는 거네요
답변을 할 가치도 없는 글이지만 어이가 없어 답변합니다.

I think this writer has no right to punish me with the word “determined” like witch-hunting, and he does not even have any authority. I feel terribly offended. Writing a malicious posting behind the anonymity is totally unacceptable.

It said
“1. The website without team members.” But the website is only a place to promote the company. – Is there any obligation of posting our team members and history? If then, many other companies that have no websites are all fake?

This is our response to
“2. Github: the technology written on website”

“WIZBL Coin uses basic of blockchain based on Bitcoin method. The basic structure of blockchain is almost the same for all coins. But the creation of block, its location, verification, and the way of operation vary depends on the characteristics and concepts of the developer.
WIZBL’s all technical team is exerting all their powers to focus on extended distribution operation and use platform-formed blockchain with the existing method. For the fact about source distribution – each developer has different ways of distributing sources, and I cannot agree with the opinion that we were wrong because we did not follow the existing distributing method.
We remove the rough codes and use a uniformly distributed method about the basic parts. We will follow the developer’s operation policy for the future updated situations.
We understand that we could be criticized because of difference from others while we are working on developments with a goal of a new concept and idea. But our all executives and employees are striving – we believe that the global technology can be created in domestic if we keep our pace and the effort of the present development team will be continued.“
People cannot distinguish what is real if open the blockchain tech source on Github that created based on Ethereum which opened easily. There is no reason to publish a fake technology on Github – it costs a lot.
We opened the partial source to the public because it is not the right time to open 100% of the source. It is very incomprehensible behavior that the writer denounced us by comparing only the partial and basic information of our blockchain and others’.
If the writer wants, I really want to arrange a meeting with our CTO – not debating about the technology behind the anonymity.

“4. The reported sales method”
The method of sale belongs to the seller, doesn’t it? How can we catch every sales method and handle it? From a common sense point of view, do you really think does it make sense? If then, we should have noticed the post of the writer in advance, and there would be no need to write this letter.
There is also a photo of me on the post, and the man next to me is working in a government-related field in the Philippines. What did he do wrong? This is ridiculous. Posting this photo is definitely a defamation.

“5. CEO who has not verified”
THIS IS A WITCH-HUNTING! Does it important what have I done in the past? I feel devastated while I am writing this letter. I strongly ask you to delete the post immediately.

“6. Use of large companies’ logos”
We put them as our developers’ development history. Our developers used to work at those companies, so we use the logos. It is incomprehensible what is wrong.

“7. Pacquiao Marketing”
We did not donate the gold coin but gave it to him as a present. We donated our WIZBL coin to the Pacquiao foundation to aim for being together with the foundation’s public object.
Is it illegal meeting Pacquiao and giving a gold coin as a present to him? It is ludicrous. Going to the Philippines and meeting Pacquiao is not an easy thing to do. He is a national hero and senator of the Philippines – we had a meeting with his corporation lawyer, and they verified our company in advance to meet him. If we want to use him for our marketing, we would have published an article. There is a possibility of being a diplomatic problem. We have not discussed this issue with Pacquiao’s lawyer, but if we still see the post, we will take a strong action against it.

“8. Established Date of Company, Employ Recruitment”
This is also ridiculous! Do you think is it reasonable? In Korea, people can establish corporations and recruit employees freely. “Recruiting employees for bigger fraud”? I do not think the question is worth answering, but I am answering it because it makes me feel appalling.

“9. Application”
Creating application is also a wrong thing to do?

I strongly request for deleting the post and stopping posting immediately. We are not a bogus company – we have our own technology research team and are growing the company honestly. I am very surprised and having a tough time because of these rude posts. I was going to not respond and ignore it, but I could not understand any of this. It has taxed my patience. I feel deeply insulted and doubts about my life. But I have responsibilities on my employees and family, so I have to move on. Please suspend posting immediately.
