I know there are a lot of posts related to this but I can't seem to find the answer I need. I purchased EOS tokens over a week ago. I have tried to claim my tokens using the MyEtherWallet with no success.

So I have tried many times to claim my EOS tokens with MyEtherWallet with no success. Is there a EOS contact email address or am I just screwed? I wish I never purchased these tokens!

I am new to this and I went ahead and purchased some EOS tokens with my ether wallet. I have still not been able to claim them, are they lost? I sure wish I had used the easy way to purchase EOS tokens
