Follow up on resteembot on glitch,

Big shout out to @lanmower for all this extra value between the lines.

Latest update, users to resteem moved to a config.js file and testing to resteem multiply users from an Array.

We are running some more tests, will follow up with a revisted post when everything has been finalized.
