Hello World, Baby J.

May the Spirit of Elijah run strong ...Let the hearts of the fathers be turned to the children, and the hearts of the children be turned to the fathers lest the earth be smitten with a curse.

What an awesome experience for those riders. I have very fond memories of my first horse riding experience in a game reserve in Zimbabwe in Dec 1993.

It takes a certain tempremant and personality to do such work. Absolutely not for me! Different strokes for different folks, that's what makes the world go round.

Wise counsel to keep in mind for similar future situations. Thank you.

If it were up to me, I wouldn't have done it, but my husband is adventurous and a 'risk-taker'. All worked out well so I'm trying to not be such a skeptic in future situations.

Our experiences in Jericho were good. The people were friendly and helpful; prices were cheaper than Israel. The Mount of Temptation was a worthwhile place to visit.

Thank you. We each added to our own testimony of the life and ministry of Jesus Christ from visiting the places where He lived, walked and talked.

Thank you, glad you like them. I am so enjoying sharing our experience with other Steemians!

Yes, Bethsaida is a town. We are standing at the signpost on the main road indicating the entrance to the town which is just a little way off.

No, unfortunately not. We hope to visit Israel again though as we loved the awesome experiences we had there.

Enjoy the bedtime research material. 'Happy' reading!

Totally! Kept reminding myself that we were really there, visiting places of Biblical significance from both the Old and New Testaments including where Jesus Christ had walked. So awesome but humbling

Well look out for my next post to see what happened...

You are absolutely right. Mount Hermon is a more likely possibility than Mount Tabor because of the events that transpired beforehand.

We were not disappointed with our visit to Israel, I'm sure you won't be either when you get the chance to go.

It is a joy to share our photos and experiences as it was such a wonderful experience. Keep following my posts to see the many places that we visited there.

You're absolutely correct! We certainly felt clean and refreshed after our swim.

Thanks for the upvote! I appreciate you following my posts. Keep reading as I share more of our wonderful experiences.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it. Keep reading to find out more about this 'holy' land.
