As an Administrative Assistant, one of my key responsibilities is maintaining Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards on the production floor. This involves extensive movement throughout the facility to ensure compliance with safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and support the production team in adhering to regulations.
Walking frequently on the production floor keeps me engaged with the team and allows me to observe operations closely. By prioritizing OHS, I contribute to creating a safe and efficient workplace, ensuring the well-being of all employees while supporting organizational productivity.
