Not the Tech leader

For most of my professional career I was a technology guy. Well in the sense that I built, fixed or designed networks, software, websites, systems etc. I trained users and configured complex servers for companies. The funny thing is I was not the Tech Leader! It took several years after small cell phones were available for me to buy one. I kept that cell phone so long that the next one I purchased was an iPhone 3. So I went from no cell phone, to one that only made calls, to my iPhone 3. I kept the iPhone 3 for 3 years then upgraded to the 4 and so on. When MySpace was launched I laughed and said I would never post there. When Pandora was launched I didn't think it would go anywhere. One of my friends suggested that I buy shares in XM Radio when they were really cheap...I didn't. Even though I made my daily living off technology I kept shying away from it. Well today I decided that I would try Steemit out mainly to make sure that I don't wait around till it gets really big! Here is to new futures!
