I don't know how many of you have heard of the Landa Real Estate app. It's a great new app that was released a few months ago. It is still very new and has some bugs but a great dev team behind it that work with their users to create a better experience.
How it works:
You can invest with just a few dollars. There are 9 properties as of right now. Each property has 10,000 shares that you can purchase, and based on each property you will get a few cents per month in rent. You can buy shares until all 10,000 shares have been bought then you can sell them to other users of the app. On the 1st of each month you will receive the rent based on the shares you have and how long you have had them during the month.

Overall I really recommend this app, they are doing a great job and are moving very fast with updates and new properties. They have a really strong future as well.
