Today I thought of sharing a small Hive experience of mine with you all. A few days ago I did my first Power Up, and thought why not explain its process step by step so that new users can find it easier.

When we increase Hive Power, we basically “lock” our Hive token. This increases the value of our votes and we are able to support others' posts more. Understand it like this – the more Hive Power, the stronger your vote.

How to power up?

There are very simple steps –

1️⃣ First go to your Hive wallet

2️⃣ Where HIVE balance is visible, there will be an option to Power Up-Click on it

3️⃣ Enter the amount you want to power up.

4️⃣ Enter the amount you want to power up.

5️⃣ Confirm – That's it

I love Hive's community. Here everyone shares their experiences, art, travel and thoughts. I felt that by doing Power Up, I could also help others to grow and gradually improve myself. There is no need to power up much in the beginning. Do it little by little, keep consistency. Gradually both balance and influence will increase.
