God has to raise a special anointing at this time, We have to prophesy and declare the word, the Lord says in Isaiah 54 to the barren woman, he says "... sing, raise voices, raise canticles that you are sterile and you never had children , because more will be the children of the sterile than of the one who has given birth before ... "we have to proclaim what God wants to be done.
