** Alone but proud **

This tree is beside Silver ands State Park in Milford CT it looks over the Long Island Sand and Walnut Beach in one direction and the park to the other and hence has such a beautiful view point, perhaps that is why it stds so tall and proud all on its own
Maybe that is why I have a fascination with this tree its steadfast solitutude, and willingness to make its own path not be lead by the crowd and its peers
