Shadow Selfie

Those that know me on here know that I seldom do Selfies, well apart from a brief period where I was taking selfies for a contest hosted by @papa-pepper, but I have been following the shadow contest hosted by @melinda010100 but haven't had photo to enter till I saw this week's challenge was a shadow selfie details here I can't believe it took me 46 rounds before I entered it, but finally I do this week :)

This shot was taken on a bridge that crosses over the Peter Detmold Park on the East Side of Manhattan, Looking back to where I got on the bridge/Walkway at the end of 52St Street, at the end of the bridge behind me which crosses over the FDR highway, you can see views across the East River to Long Island City.

Most of the photo is a fairly plain edit, but I did have a bit of a creative edit of the shadow and walkway of the bridge.

Now that I have finally joined this contest I must start looking for more shadows and trying to enter more often
