Let me tell you a little story of me yesterday and how it inspired this post
Yesterday we ordered Pizza for delivery from a place we have used many times before, we ordered our usual pizzas, and I made a point of at least twice saying no tomato sauce on either.
Well a while later they were delivered and I was ready to dive in as I was quite hungry and I opened both pizzas only to find they both had tomato sauce, now for my wife that wasn't an issue but for me it was as I am allergic to tomatoes and if I have them I come out in a rash.
So I called the place, not to make a fuss but just to point out they had got our order wrong and the guy who answered the phone, first told me I never said no Sauce, and then secondly that I always order with no sauce and he thought it odd I didn't today and had a real snarky attitude, well as steam was about to come out of my ears and I was feeling pretty annoyed by this stage I just said sorry I can deal with your nasty attitude and hang up on him as I knew I would loose my cool if I didn't.
And I was fuming as I scraped the tomatoes sauce off my pizza slices, well two of them then I gave up ate one with the sauce and just ate the crusts of the rest of the pizza.
MY wife said to me a little later WOW that shows how run down and frustrated I must be feeling letting that get to me so bad as I am generally such a laid back guy.
And i laughed and said yes and let it go.
Well I woke up this morning and no surprise I had a bit of a itchy rash although not to bad, and it got me thinking or reflecting on how I let it get to me, gave myself a pep talk and then came onto my PC and thought why not find some shots with reflections for todays post and here they are
