we having another cold speel right now the real feel is -2 F glad I can get my steps and cycling in indoors, am slowly building up on the bike, starting the first week with 10-12 MInutes cycling each morning, and after a week will slowly build it, i love the change from walking in circles, but my knees dont like it so much LOL
