Mono Monday some random recent images
Another Monday has come upon us and I hope you all had a good weekend, I remember how when I was working that weekends always seemed to go so fast, now that I am retired I don't feel that as I guess to a degree weekends or week days are all the same to me.
As I am in the habit of doing i am starting the week with some Mono Images taken on recent walks, selecting a few shots that I felt may work well in Mono and perhaps giving some hints of future posts that may be coming at the same time

Sticking with ships a shot of the commercial fishing boat the Explorer it was a moody sky that morning but I wasn't so happy with a full mono edit of this so went for some selective color

I took a stroll through Hazelwood Park one morning and happened to see this Osprey sitting a top of one of the trees

I have seen this group out a few times recently, sometimes just the one boat shown here and sometimes there are two boats out there, the day I took this shot the wind was up and the water was very choppy but clearly it did not stop this crew they were out there

Another grey moody morning and I was at Fort Tabor Beach, i put on the Neutral density filter i had not used for a while to take a long exposure to smooth out the water
