A post for Market Friday hosted by @dswigle, if you haven't followed her yet you should she is one of the kindest and most supportive people here on Hive, a comment from her is like a ray of sunshine on your page.
This is the one tag and challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.
For this weeks post, I am sharing some shots of a little art shop here in downtown New Bedford.
They had some interesting pieces in the window, I think it was fairly near to Halloween when I walked by it, so perhaps it was a theme for the season or perhaps they like this hmm shall I say darker style of art.
Its not the kind of art I would buy for myself, but it is cool and perhaps it is art my Daughter in law may well like
What do you think of this style of art?

If I had to pick one of those pieces myself I would probably go for the one on the left with the zipper
A shot of the whole store front, I forget off hand exactly where it is, but it is in or close to the Historic District downtown

Another piece in the window, an alien feel to this one, simple but very cool

more pieces in the window, if you look closely you will see a couple of skeletons kissing in the window of the VW beetle
Probably the thing I liked the most in this shops window was the lamp in the left of this next image I think it is super cool

And to finish off this Soup place in Wings court, what caught my eye in this shot was the shadows of the lights so I went for a mono edit where the shadows stand out even more
