Hunter’s Point South Park Lookout
When I moved offices recently to my new location tight by the east river I was looking out the window one day and noticed a future across in Long Island City that I had not seen before so one morning I had to head over there and check it out, from across the water the structure to me looked almost like a style of an aircraft carrier, but let me show you some shots I got walking around it.
A little side note, Have you ever done this?
As I was looking through my photos in my yet to post folder I opened this one up and noticed some black specks in the sky, so I found the photo in Lightroom opened it up in photoshop so I could remove the black specks, and I could not find them, which is when I realized my second monitor needed a clean as the specks were on the monitor not on the photo!

I did read that part of the idea of the lookout is to give you a feel of being over the water even though your not and have been on it I can say they achieved that unless you look down from the edge of the platform

And a last shot from the same side of the platform as the first shot but taken from further away from it
