Got the time?
Well this post is my first actifit post for months, I used to regularly do over 10 K steps a day but the last few months with things going on I haven't been walking as much and my step numbers have been pretty slack, But yesterday our Son and Daughter in Law took us to Foxwoods for Mothers day for LUlu and Jeanne of course, we had a nice day out walked around the casino and the outlet mall, Lulu and I only had one flutter on the slots each, and didnt buy much at all, but we had a good time with them and I actually got in just over 10K steps so I thought I would do an actifit post, lets hope it snot months till I get over 10 K again that used to be my daily goal, and i have to admit I am feeling it in my legs so I am out of practice.
NOpw the Photos for this post have nothing to do with my walking yesterday as I didn't have my camera with me, and didnt take any shots with my phone, so I thought what could I add tot his post which is perhaps in some small way relevant, and i thought we both had a good time out yesterday so why not time related ie clocks
These are some clocks I saw downtown in New Bedford on a walk last week, This first shot is of one of the clocks new City hall, I love old style clocks like these, they have a style and charm to them
