Simply go to coingecko.com and in the upper right hand corner there is a place to sign up. Only requires an email. Then you will go to the icon that looks like a cupcake and you can claim the each day.

It starts with 10 candies and goes up to 100 for the week. Collect them each day and you will hit them all. Miss a day and you go back to the 10 level which you do after you collect the 100 anyway.
