I understand what you are saying but this is a cooperative. There are a lot of people doing things they arent getting paid for (or rewarded) which will enahance the entire ecosystem.

If more people stepped up, the value of their $HIVE would explode.

I get the "what is in it for me" mindset but that is also a path to failure.

@gadrian hasnt received one cent in payment for his work on SplinterGlossary but he did receive plenty of upvotes from me.

The account, LeoGlossary, account declines rewards, thus putting no money in our pockets. Yet since we hold Hive and LEO, the goal is to build the entire system.

And maybe people ought to think of their reputation on Hive because, as this place grows, it might be of extreme value.
