I whole heartedly agree with this. I said for a while that American cities (and perhaps others around the world) are entering a death roll. New York, LA, SF, Chicago, and Detroit are all prime example of what is taking place. They are becoming shitholes just like the once great city of Baltimore. Companies are leaving and they will not return.

This is something that I think most are overlooking.
