I can help with the first one.

Use either http://hive-engine.com/ or https://leodex.io/. The later opens up immediately to the LEO page. If you want to put some HIVE on there, I would use Leodex since it has cheater fees verses HE for depositing Hive.

I dont use Binance so I have no idea how to do it.

But why would you want to do that. Just use the LEO in your wallet to get Hive.swap from the Leodex and then withdraw it to your account.
