Well not for the most ardent NeoCons. They do have an ideology and the goal of winning. They are after anyone who they view as ideologically opposed. People like Lindsey Graham and Hillary are still fighting communism like it is 1950. Anyone who resembles that is a target.

The MIC is after the money but these people are standing on an ideology that no longer exists since the threat isnt there.
