Hard to argue with any of the logic in here. This is something that needs to be looked into by Steemit Inc and the Witnesses. If people want STEEM on a major playing field, this has to be corrected.
It makes sense why the traders want to hold out and not earn anything on their STEEM while it is sitting there.
Liquidity is what fuels markets and powering up reduces the liquidity, especially for those powering up.
