This was a long time coming. Earlier today Tesla officially opened its latest Gigafactory in Berlin. Elon Musk stated the first 30 cars were delivered.
In this video I discuss how monumental this is. We are going to see a scaling that will allow more vehicles (Model Y) made in China either to be sold locally or exported to other Asian countries, opening up/expanding into newer markets.
This will also help the company's profitability since there is an added cost of importing into the EU.
