Why are agents disruptive?

The Internet was built for humans which meant that "middlemen" were required. This is what platforms are. Essentially they do nothing more than deliver information to those seeking it.

Agents eliminate this. They do not require the middleman. It is why SAAS is being targeted first. Many of these are not necessary with agents.

Basically agents are rerouting traffic around websites. This reduces friction. The winners are the endpoints, not the delivery companies.
