You only get entered into voting rounds once per day, this is the result. If you were not mentioned, you would have no way of knowing if you entered the round.

If there was no round report, people would get confused... "Why didn't I get an upvote?" This clearly states that you didn't receive an upvote because you had less than 0.6% of the DHEDGE in that voting round. There was a possibility that less DHEDGE would be in the round, and you could have received an upvote.

It also serves as an advertisement, going "Hey you, if you bought a little more DHEDGE, or delegated and earned some more DHEDGE, you would have more vote share, and therefore a better upvote."

It also tags others with their results, there's a chance one of those tagged looks over the results, sees your post, and then visits it because they are interested.

In conclusion, you and everyone else gets tagged with the results, because it would be stupid not to.
