DVS = DHEDGE Vote Shares

Our new system came online a few days ago, it kinda works a little like HSBI. Your DVS stake builds up a vote balance by splitting up what would be a 100% upvote every couple hours among all staked DVS. When you post, a portion of that balance is subtracted and converted into an upvote. If your balance is too low, that post will be skipped.
