Then you would need to install a few things on the server.

Then copy and paste the code I give you.

Then edit your crontab to automatically run the code at set times.

Another other option is to tell me exactly what you want, how you want it to work, and pay me (in the form of a HP delegation to @archon-gov) to host it.
