This is one of my favourite pictures. I took this picture from my kayak at about 5:15am on the Amazon river in Brazil. I kayaked from source to sea the entire Amazon river in 2015. It took just under 5 months to complete the 6,800km hike and kayak.
I hope you enjoy. The memory is so vivid and beautiful as a just after I shot this a guy waved me over from his house boat and gave me a morning Brazilian coffee whilst I sat in my kayak and chatted with him watching the sun rise.
