I am practicing woodburning on my flute. It seems pretty straightforward, but I know that I will have to do it for a while before I am confident to replicate something in my head.
So far, I have learned that it's way easier to work with a really smooth surface.
I'm posting this one too, because of how cool the Medusa ring looks in the upper right corner.
Other than the woodburning, I've been working on a bird monster for a while.
I made this video to share with a friend, but the bird monster is a good representation of the stuff that I make most of the time.
This song captures my goals as a thingy maker. Jan Hinnerk is my role model.
