Today I am doing on a reading on the powers that be. This is about the true powers that shape human civilization and society.
Is it the rich? The governments, or religions? Maybe it's all chaos, and the there are no real world controllers.
Let's see what the cards say...
This is interesting, as it shows a union of 2 different energies.
In one way, it shows the union of the right moment and quick action. This would apply to people as individuals, and how to maximize power in our lives.
As for the big picture, it looks like water is the key. This might say that civilization is shaped by the ones that control and defend the water. The controllers of the water are big companies and governments. I do not believe that they protect it.
I could see a future where governments or big companies distribute rations of water and protect it with soldiers. I am sure it happens now in some places. I don't really know enough about the world's water systems to know who really owns the pipe systems and treatment facilities.
At any rate, the reading suggests that the real 'powers that be' are a union of water and action.
