Sunset
One of the advantages of my bizarre sleep schedule it that I always see the sun rise and set. I am still up at sunrise, otherwise I would never see it as I am not a morning person.
Sunrise
I pretty much spend all night in the garage making things and/or doing readings. It's funny, because I am generally doing stuff from sundown to sunrise. That is exactly the opposite of the old school work day.
I get to hang out with these guys all night!
I am lucky to be in a situation that allows my natural sleep cycle.
I am not really sure if there is a real connection here, but I was conceived in Hawaii. My sleep schedule would be pretty close to normal if I was in that time zone.
Maybe my body thinks it's still there...
