She set a precedent and therefore, they had to make a ule to deal with it. Fair enough. But, should a rule be needed? Yes - because of so many shitty people.

This is what I have experienced. And then if you work twice as hard as others and then reduce your workload 10%, you are treated as if you are lazy, even though you are still working 80% more than others.
