I believe that gods would appreciate that more than bribery and mock humility(because it seems that many people worship god(s) just to get in good graces.

I find it interesting when people who believe their god is all-knowing and all-powerful, thinks they can trick the god to get into heaven. For instance, in a lot of catholic countries suicide is not usually mentioned on the death certificate, because it is a sin and means the person won't go to heaven. God tricked!
