My wife and daughter are gluten-free, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the reason so many people in Finland (and scandinavia) have food allergies, is that everything is either so clean, or that it is so processed. Some people of course are more sensitive than others, but for instance lactose intolerance (both wife and daughter) in Scandinavia, isn't an issue if they are having something in southern Europe.

Happy clients don’t care about that slight inconsistency. They value it.
In Finland, there are a couple chains that own just about everything. Go into any place, and get the same thing - though price changes depending on the logo. It frustrates me that there isn't true variation, no real choice.
