These are hot wallet exchange accounts by the looks. This is how exchanges interact with Hive. The users send funds to the account using a reference number, which routs it (outbound) to the exchange. When it is coming from an exchange, it uses the Hive username as the reference, but you will see incoming from the hot wallet.
