The problem with the little guy thing is, a lot of those people had the potential to be much larger than they are and then there will be the problem with a massive amount of abusive alts getting airdropped. Their might be a way around some of it, but I think that it would amount to a massive dump or a ramping up of abuse activities at the low end.
