Slightly related question... have you learned Finnish? , or like the rest of the Nordics, do they seem to prefer you speak English and, if you try their language, will reflex to English to save your embarrassment :-)

With a bit of luck, I'll get to Helsinki in April. I look after the "Nordics", but we don't have an office in Finland, only a dealer. I think it's time I popped over to get to know them in person.
