For all the talk of economic hardships and the "moron premium" that the UK is living under, I have found London to be surprisingly vibrant and buzzing.

I know London is not the UK and we have this (in my view dated) north/south divide, but the buzz in London tells a story that is in quiet contrast to the current narrative in my view.

If you are in the KingsX/ Russel Sq area, I'd highly recommend a side trip to the British museum if you've not been. Just seeing the actual Rosetta Stone is worth effort, blows my mind every time OI see it, such a tiny inconsequential thing that has opened up so much knowledge.

LOL! Mayfair hotel stay, traveling on the company dime has it's advantages for sure :-)
