Yes, I have won bonus Hive on watering several times. I often use lucky pollen but as it's a increased chance of winning it is difficult to know how it pans out. The one time I used both pollen and nectar, I did win a bonus and it was an increased bonus due to the nectar, so...luck is luck I guess
